Delivery FAQ
When will my order be dispatched?
- We aim to despatch most orders on the day of receipt if received before 2:00 pm, though there may be delays during busy periods.
- Orders placed before 2:00 pm Monday to Friday will usually be despatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm will usually be despatched the following working day.
We use An Post Standard service for all deliverys. Standard post items are normally delivered by An Post one to two days after posting.
Can you guarantee delivery dates?
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates as our parcels are delivered through An Post, but over 95% of deliveries are made on the next working day.
Will I be charged for unpaid items?
- We reserve the right to charge for any unpaid items sent by us.

How do I return an item?
- If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us before sending items back to ensure swift and efficient processing.
What is the return policy for non-faulty goods?
- Returns for non-faulty goods should be made within 7 days of receipt, and items should be in perfect, unused condition. You are responsible for return postal charges except for items sent as substitutes.
What if I receive a faulty or damaged item?
- If you receive a faulty or damaged item, contact us as soon as possible to arrange a replacement or refund. Items must be received in our shop before any refund or replacement can be made.
Should I obtain proof of posting for returns?
- Yes, we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting for all returns.
